When and how do we submit our team’s exercise minutes?

For the purpose of tracking your exercise minutes, the week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Keep a record of total minutes exercised every day and make sure your totals are entered online at http://getfit.mit.edu every week. Individuals can log in to the getfit website and enter their own minutes; team captains or co-captains may enter minutes for themselves and for any other team member. To be eligible for weekly team and individual prize drawings, the deadline for entering the previous week’s total minutes is 11:59 p.m., EST, each Tuesday. Each week, the getfit@mit database will calculate the average number of minutes exercised by each team. Team and individual results will be posted online at http://getfit.mit.edu.
