Cycle Class & After Party

4:30pm to 5:30pm, Spinning Studio, Alumni Wang Facility (MIT Campus)

Located at the Alumni Wang Cycle Studio. This class is an intense mix of cardio cycling drills for 30 minutes followed by a circuit of strength training exercises for the second half of class. This will not only give you total body strength but increase your stamina and endurance. Class will begin in the Cycle Studio and end in the Wang group exercise studio.

Instructor BIO: Daniel Becerra, originally from Venezuela, was an open water swimmer and also studied social communications before moving to Boston in 2015. There, he discovered his passion for recreation, particularly teaching the Learn How to Swim program. Committed to fitness, Daniel explored various activities, and in the past seven years, developed a profound love for stationary cycling. Now a Cycling instructor, his classes seamlessly blend High-Intensity Intervals (HIIT) and challenging climbs to enhance power and build strength. Rooted in open water swimming and social communications, Daniel brings a unique perspective to cycling, offering enthusiasts an invigorating experience that reflects his unwavering commitment to personal growth and wellness.
