This class is perfect for anyone looking for a fast paced, non-stop workout! You don’t need any prior fitness experience to join this class. Just be ready to sweat & have fun! Instruction by a certified CrossFit Coach.
Instructor BIO: Zoe is a fourth year undergraduate student at MIT studying biological engineering. Since her freshman year, she has been teaching group exercise classes, and in the last year became the coach for the f(fitness) CrossFit class at MIT Recreation. A USAW Coach, she has been training in Olympic-style weightlifting for almost seven years, most notably competing in several USA Weightlifting Nationals and the American Open Finals.
