These arts focus on cultivating whole-body martial power through proper body structure, relaxation and maintaining a strong connection to the earth. Their practice is beneficial not only for self-defense, but also enhances functional strength, flexibility and endurance while promoting better posture, improved balance and the release of physical tension and energetic blockages.
