Intro to Calisthenics

Interested in learning how to use your own bodyweight and gravity to help strengthen your muscles, improve coordination, endurance and mobility? Come to this class and learn some basic tools you need in order to start you on your calisthenics journey

Instructor bio: Michael Morency Is a certified Personal Trainer cerited through American Council of Excercise. Mike enjoys helping people start or continue their fitness journey through weightlfiiting. He is currently the Full Time Personal Trainer at MIT Recreation.
